Commercial Terms & Conditions of Trade

1. Corporate Identification & Scope

These Commercial Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale sales, purchase orders, quotations (RFQs), and export transactions executed by Silver Sky Import Export FZE LLC, incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates Free Zone Authority (Registration No. 262879168888, official website: silverskyfzellc.online).

2. Quotations & Proforma Invoices

All price quotes generated online or provided via RFQ reference codes (e.g., SS-RFQ-XXXXX) are non-binding commercial estimates until formalized in an official Proforma Invoice signed by an authorized representative of Silver Sky. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wholesale price quotes remain valid for 48 hours.

3. INCOTERMS 2020 Delivery Terms

• Ex-Works (EXW - Ajman Warehouse): Risk and title transfer to the Buyer upon collection from our Ajman warehouse facility.
• Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF / CIP - Destination Airport): Silver Sky arranges air freight and transit insurance to the destination airport.
• Free Carrier (FCA - UAE Export Hub): Silver Sky clears export customs and hands over cargo to the Buyer’s designated carrier.

4. Payment Terms & Settlement

Silver Sky accepts payments in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP via corporate telegraphic transfer (SWIFT / TT) to our designated corporate bank accounts (Emirates NBD / Mashreq Bank), or international trade escrow.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be referred to and resolved by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
